Notice is hereby given that the City of Covington is seeking bids for a voice-based, software-driven, communication server telephone system combining telephone and voice mail technology. The system should support Voice over IP phones, digital phones, and analog phones.

RFP packets will be available at City of Covington City Hall which is located at 2194 Emory Street, Covington, Georgia 30014 as of Tuesday July 19, 2010. Responses will be accepted until August 6, 2010 at 4:30 p.m.

Proposals should include a five year lease to purchase monthly price on all hardware, warranty information and 24/7 service agreement with one dollar buy out after five years at which time all hardware will be the property of the City of Covington. Proposals should also include hardware, warranty information and 24/7 service agreement after the five lease has expired.
No responses will be accepted after the August 6th deadline.
